My best man and groomsmen started planning this trip over a year in advance. They had me convinced that we were going to Pittsburgh. It wasn’t until five days prior to our flight that they finally admitted we were going to Vegas (baby). I had to been to Vegas once before, but it was with family members and kids. I knew it would be a little different this time around.
We wasted very little time getting the weekend started! Our plane left the Philly airport at 7:30am, and about 8 airplane bottles of Jack later, we were on the ground in Vegas. We went straight to the hotel (MGM Grand) threw on our bathing suits, and hit Wet Republic (pool party).
First day was low key (for Vegas) as everyone from the East Coast was slowly trickling in throughout the day. Later that night we hit up Texas De Brazil for a feast, then hit the casino floor to test our luck on the tables.
With Saturday night upon us, my brother kept telling us that it was going to be the biggest night of our lives!! Knowing my brother I am assuming it’s going to be a great night, but the best night of my life?? Seemed aggressive!!
We partied and drank all day before going to the club (awful idea). Grabbed dinner and then everyone went back to their rooms to get dressed. Being familiar with the club scene, I was a little skeptical as to how we’re going to get in with 20 dudes.
Oh yeah BTW, Saturday Night was Halloween!!! Yup! We got to Club XS at 11:00pm where we were escorted to a cabana over looking the pool. We have two smoking hot waitress’ bringing us bottles after bottles after bottles. Without going into too much detail, the night, was in fact the best night of my life!!
Turns out, spending a week in Vegas isn't that easy to do. It takes a toll on you, both physically and financially.
Anyways - After the trip when I talked to my brother about the planning process with all of our friends, he had mentioned how difficult it was. From booking flights, locking down everyone’s schedule, booking hotels, making restaurant reservations, collecting money, golf tee times and everything else that we explored on our trip, was a nightmare.
Having an App such as TripSync is going to make all of this so much easier. It will allow users to concentrate on having the “best nights of their lives” and not the planning woes!
Oh and don't drink 10 mimosas at breakfast.
